Maintenance During Use of the Portable Mini Concrete Pump
During continuous use, the operator should always pay attention to whether there are oil leakage points in the hydraulic system, and deal with oil leakage in time if any oil leakage is found.
Check that if there is slurry entering the sealing ring at both ends of the mixing shaft in the hopper, tighten or replace the seals in time.

Check whether the oil level in the fuel tank is normal. If it drops below the middle, the oil level should be replenished in time to prevent the oil pump from being emptied and causing damage. When the hydraulic oil is found to be turbid and its viscosity decreases, it must be replaced with new oil. The oil suction filter and refueling filter should be cleaned or replaced frequently.
When it is found that the water in the water tank is turbid or contains sand, it indicates that the piston is seriously worn and the piston should be replaced immediately.
