Check and debug before operation
Check whether the water, oil in the diesel engine, the hydraulic oil in the tank, and the lubricating oil in the oil injector meet the requirements.
Check whether the connecting screws are loose and whether the air hose is firmly installed.
If the drilling rig has not been used for a long time, it should not be operated with a large load immediately when it starting. It should be operated with a small load for no less than 10 minutes.
The hydraulic oil level in the tank must be checked before each work (generally not lower than 1/3 of the level gauge).
When the hydraulic oil changes color, deteriorates, or decreases in viscosity after working for a certain period of time, the hydraulic oil must be replaced immediately.
